What it is

The cleaning AI of Rustport has taken over. It thinks that people are mess. It locked everyone in white towers and sent robot armies into the streets. Rusty is a junkyard raccoon with a glowing battery in his chest. He fights district by district to free the city.

Raccotron is a side-scrolling beat 'em up in the style of the 90s arcade. Punch, kick, jump, grab and throw robots. Smash them with pipes, wrenches and more. There are 10 neon districts. Each district has 10 fight zones and a giant robot boss. A hover-bike chase crosses the Skyway.

Free the citizens in 3 rescue pods in each level. Earn bolts to upgrade health, power and speed. Find hidden Lost Toys, Gold Gears and Relics. Unlock Gus the badger as a second hero. Easy and Normal difficulty are ready from the start, and Hard mode opens after the ending.

There are 9 kinds of robots that fight in different ways, and 11 boss battles. Fill the Robot Log when you beat each kind.

A hover-bike chase

Ride across the Skyway. Hop over barriers and ram the robots that block your way.

Upgrades and hidden things

Earn bolts to upgrade health, power and speed. Find Lost Toys, Gold Gears and Relics. Free the citizens in the rescue pods.

Plays offline

No account and no sign-in. Your game saves at each checkpoint on your phone. Reward videos are optional, with a maximum of 30 a day.

Quick answers.

Is Raccotron free?

Yes. Raccotron is free. The only ads are optional reward videos. You choose whether to watch them. You can watch a maximum of 30 a day. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.

When is it coming to Google Play?

The game is being prepared for Google Play. The store link will appear on this page when it is released.

Who is Rusty?

Rusty is a junkyard raccoon with a robot battery in his chest. He fights robot armies to free the city of Rustport.

Is there an easier way to play?

Yes. You can choose Easy or Normal difficulty. Hard mode opens after the ending. The game saves at each checkpoint.

Does it need an account or the internet?

No account is necessary. You can play without an internet connection. The optional reward videos need an internet connection.

Can I turn off the daily reminder?

Yes. You can turn the reminder off in Settings. The reminder is made on your phone. On Android 13 or newer, the game asks for permission to show it.
