Privacy policy.
For blueburp.com, support enquiries, and 2048 Tilewick. Your information deserves a clear explanation.
1. About this policy
BlueBurp Studio is the developer account and studio name used by Vivek Kumar, an independent Android game developer based in India. This policy covers our website and support correspondence, and includes a separate section for our game, 2048 Tilewick.
Vivek Kumar is the contact person for privacy requests and grievances. Email contact@blueburp.com or use the privacy request form.
2. Website & support information
When you contact us, we use your email address, optional name, selected topic, message, and any details you voluntarily include to respond, investigate issues, or handle a privacy request. Please avoid sharing passwords, payment details, identity documents, or other sensitive information.
Cloudflare hosts this website and may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, and related technical information to serve the website and prevent abuse. The live contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check submissions before sending a message.
This website does not load AdMob, Google Analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing analytics. Fonts and images are served with the site. There are no website visitor accounts or newsletter subscriptions.
A manual theme choice is kept in your browser under blueburp-theme; it is not sent to us. Read the cookie policy for storage details.
Messages submitted through the live form are emailed to the verified inbox that receives our studio contact mail. Your email address is included so we can reply. We do not keep a separate website database of form submissions. The local development preview validates messages without sending or saving them.
3. 2048 Tilewick — game privacy
2048 Tilewick is an Android number puzzle by BlueBurp Studio, intended for players aged 13 and above. It uses Google AdMob for advertisements and Google Analytics to measure use of the game.
The game’s SDK versions, permissions, Analytics events, advertising links, account features, and storage behaviour still need to be checked against the testing build. This draft does not assert that all game progress stays on the device or that no account or cloud data is collected. Any additional providers and processing must be identified before the notice is finalised.
The sections below describe the confirmed services and their published data categories. Provider documentation alone does not establish which optional features the game enables.
4. Advertising through Google AdMob
Google’s Mobile Ads SDK disclosure describes collection of network information such as IP addresses, app interactions, diagnostic information, and identifiers such as advertising and app set IDs where applicable. An IP address may be used to estimate location.
Google describes using these categories for serving and measuring ads, associated analytics, and fraud prevention. Actual collection depends on the installed SDK, its configuration, device settings, and privacy choices. See Google’s Mobile Ads SDK disclosure and Google’s advertising information.
If you follow an advertisement to another service, that service has its own information practices. Report an inappropriate or misleading ad through our contact form, including the game screen and ad details without sensitive information.
5. Google Analytics
Google Analytics is used for game usage measurement. Google documents session activity, interactions, device information, and approximate location. Mobile integrations can use app-instance identifiers and, depending on configuration and permissions, advertising identifiers.
Whether this game’s integration is provided through Firebase is not yet confirmed. Its exact events, advertising links, collection settings, and property retention period are also unverified. The final policy will describe these settings rather than assume every Analytics feature is enabled.
Read Google Analytics data collection information and Analytics data safeguards.
7. Consent & privacy choices
The website form asks for agreement to use your details to handle the message. You can withdraw that agreement by contacting us; withdrawal may prevent us from continuing the enquiry. Processing required or otherwise permitted by applicable law may continue.
The game does not yet implement Google’s UMP consent and privacy-options flow. Its available advertising, Analytics, and age-related controls remain to be verified and documented. Agreement to website terms or support-form processing does not provide consent to advertising or Analytics in the game.
Android may offer controls to reset or delete your advertising ID; their availability and location vary by device. Such a change does not necessarily stop every form of advertising-related processing. An intended 13+ audience is not a substitute for consent where required.
8. Retention & deletion
We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the enquiry, follow up on related issues, meet a legal requirement, or establish or defend a legal claim. When it is no longer needed, we delete it from records we control, subject to provider backup cycles and applicable obligations.
Google-held AdMob information is retained under Google’s policies. Analytics provides configurable retention for user-level and event-level information. The game’s selected Analytics retention period is not yet confirmed; see Google’s retention controls.
Ask us to delete correspondence or eligible game information we control using Privacy & data request. We will review the request, use available deletion tools where appropriate, and explain any applicable retention requirement. Removing a support message does not erase all information independently processed by Google.
Retention and deletion of game progress, any cloud data, and any account-related data must still be documented from the actual build. If the release offers in-app account creation, its account-deletion controls and associated web request process must be verified before release; account freezing is not deletion.
9. Data security
We limit access to correspondence to people who need it to handle the enquiry, and use reasonable safeguards for information we control. Google documents encrypted transmission for its Mobile Ads SDK. The complete game’s transmission and storage practices still need to be verified. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Children & age groups
2048 Tilewick is intended for ages 13 and above, and is not intended for children under 13. This is the intended audience; it is not a confirmed Google Play content rating.
India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 defines a child as a person under 18. Players aged 13–17 therefore fall within that definition. Applicable consent and other safeguards must be addressed as the relevant provisions apply and come into force. See the Act published by MeitY.
The game’s age verification, parental consent, and age-related advertising and Analytics safeguards are not yet verified. This draft does not claim they are implemented.
The website contact form is intended for adults. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to send an enquiry on your behalf. A parent or guardian concerned about a child’s information can contact us for review and appropriate removal of information we control.
11. Requests & grievances
Contact Vivek Kumar at contact@blueburp.com or choose Privacy & data request to request information, correction or deletion, withdraw consent where relevant, or raise a grievance. Include “2048 Tilewick” if the request concerns the game.
Rights under Indian data protection law apply to the extent that the relevant provisions are in force and apply to the processing. We may ask for proportionate information to verify a request and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Avoid sending passwords, identity documents, or payment details.
12. Applicable law & jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of India, including applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules as and when they apply and come into force. Subject to mandatory legal rights and the powers of competent statutory authorities, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
13. Updates & contact
We will update this policy when verified features or information practices change. The revision date identifies the current version. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will provide it.
